Course Information
In this adult course, students will learn the basics of ballet. Ballet is classical dance that focuses on alignment and lines of the body to show a dancer as powerful, yet graceful, giving the dancer a full sense of control within his/her body. Session speed will depend on students comfort and technique level. All levels are welcome!
