Classes will incorporate a broad range of arttechniques and media\, including painting\, sculpture\, clay\, and drawing\, whilediscovering each culture’s rich visual traditions. Students will also learnabout world customs\, music\, and celebrations\, making the week a wonderfulexperience for both beginning and experienced young artists!   \nRegistrationfee includes all materials and supplies\, snack\, and a camp t-shirt! \nJune5\, 6\, 7\, 8\, 9 \n9:00a.m. – Noon  \nAconfirmation email will be sent to you upon registration with furtherinformation and tips regarding summer camp. \nSIGNUP FOR POTTERY 101 AND MAKE IT A WHOLE-DAY CAMP!

SUMMARY:Pottery Studio 101 Camp
DESCRIPTION:Grades:Kindergarten – 6th grade (must have completed Kindergarten) \nClassLimit:  12 students \nInthis fun and messy class students will learn hand-building techniques and theuse of the potter’s wheel. Students will also experience the delight ofcreating with their own hands and imagination in clay. Our goal is for eachstudent to produce five projects that will go home with them to enjoy or giveas gifts. \nRegistrationfee includes materials such as clay and glazes\, supplies\, snack\, and a campt-shirt! \nProjectsneed time to dry and will be fired in a kiln.  Therefore\, final projectswill be available for pick up approximately 2 weeks after camp.  TheMcKinney Center and camp instructors will notify parents when items are ready. \nJune5\, 6\, 7\, 8\, 9 \n1:00- 4:00 p.m. \nAconfirmation email will be sent to you upon registration with furtherinformation and tips regarding summer camp. \nSIGNUP FOR ARTSPLORATION AND MAKE IT A WHOLE DAY CAMP!
